BACK GATE NOTICE

The road forward, straight out the gate, is not part of property owned by Aspen Cove at Scofield. The owner has been gracious over the years to allow our property owners to access the back gate through their property, but has asked that we DO NOT DRIVE FORWARD once out our gate any further. It is destroying their property.

Please be mindful of this and let all of your guests know that everyone is to follow the road to the right of our gate. Also, please, please DO NOT LET THE GATE SWING OPEN ON ITS OWN. This has and continues to cause damage to the hinges of our gate.

NOXIOUS WEED NOTICE

This is a Musk Thistle and is considered by the State of Utah to be a noxious weed. There are laws within our State governing noxious weeds. It is mandatory that you remove this weed from your property immediately.
